In class I was asked to find a tool on the web that could help with color pallets. The one I stumbled on seems to have all a color pallet tool should have. It even has video tutorials on how to use it. It is called color explorer and it is at colorexplorer.com. This site lets you upload images from your hard drive and it will extract a color pallet ranging from 3 to 50 colors. You can also create your own pallet and you can even save the pallets you have created. You do not have to register to use it, but if you do you can access your pallets from any computer at any time. The site also shows the colors hex-codes and RBG color codes. In addition you can access many different color libraries including Pantones. I have found it to be very helpful and I will defiantly use this in the future.
